Arco Markets
If you don't want to visit the more well-known (and crowded) markets in Trento and Bolzano, don't miss the Arco markets.
Here you will find over 40 wood houses where you can purchase gifts and typical Christmas products. Every weekend during the Christmas period, there are different events in the delightful city north of the Garda. Guided visits to the centre, nativity scenes, Christmas concerts, and tours of Arco on the train.
The big brothers: the Trento, Bolzano, and Merano markets
From the end of November until Ephiphany, all of the towns in Trentino and Alto Adige turn on a special light, for the Christmas markets. If you have never visited them you can start in Trento, Bolzano, and Merano. They are the largest and most famous and surely among the dozens of wooden houses, the fragrance of the vin brulé and the sound of the bagpipes you will find the right gift to put under the tree for your loved ones.
